Services included

The total sum includes various expenses such as water, electricity, gas and maintenance of the pool. The houses are supplied with linens, cookware and major appliances that must be returned in original conditions.

Deposit or Warranty

The payment of the deposit will be required on delivery of the keys. The refund will be made at the departure time, after checking out the inventory and cleaning of the house.

Arrival and Departure

The departure and arrival times are agreed time to time depending on customer requirements.

House cleaning

The house must be returned in the same condition in which it is associated. If customers do not want to provide to the cleaning, they can take vantage of our cleaning service, taken from the deposit.

Booking

At the time of the reservation it will be required a sum equal to 50% of the total amount that will guarantee the availability of the renting for the selected period. The remaining must be paid in advance, at least 7 days before date of arrival. If the balance is not paid within the time specified, Ibiza4holidays does not guarantee the availability of the property. Cancellation penalty: If the cancellation is presented with more than 30 days notice the charges will be equal to 50% of the paid amount. If the cancellation is submitted less than 7 days notice the loss will amount to 100% of the paid.
